In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.
Lay a tortilla flat and spread about 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture evenly.
Add lettuce, peppers, meats, cheese, and tomato slices in thin layers.
Roll tortilla tightly into a log, tucking slightly at the ends.
Use a sharp knife to slice into 4–5 pinwheels.
For cleaner slices, refrigerate rolls about 30 minutes before cutting if desired.
Serve chilled or slightly cool.
