  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 24 slices Genoa salami
  • 24 slices deli ham
  • 24–32 pepperoni slices
  • 16 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 head romaine or iceberg lettuce, washed and dried
  • 2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced and patted dry
  • ¼ cup banana peppers, chopped
  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers, chopped

Method

  2. Prepare ingredients and equipment as needed. Results may vary depending on ingredient freshness and storage conditions.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and spread about 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture evenly.
  5. Add lettuce, peppers, meats, cheese, and tomato slices in thin layers.
  6. Roll tortilla tightly into a log, tucking slightly at the ends.
  7. Use a sharp knife to slice into 4–5 pinwheels.
  8. For cleaner slices, refrigerate rolls about 30 minutes before cutting if desired.
  9. Serve chilled or slightly cool.

Notes

  • Use fresh, properly refrigerated ingredients and keep roll-ups chilled until serving.
  • Wrap tightly and refrigerate whole for best texture, then slice just before serving.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
  • Serve chilled or cool; reheating is not recommended.
