Ingredients

  • Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets (6–7 oz each)
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Honey Garlic Butter Glaze
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • cup honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • For Serving
  • Fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges

Method

  1. Before You Begin
  2. Prepare your cookware as needed. Cooking times and results may vary depending on your equipment and ingredients.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment.
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30–60 seconds, stirring frequently, until fragrant but not browned.
  5. Pat salmon fillets dry. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the baking dish.
  6. Pour the warm glaze over salmon. Bake for about 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) in the thickest part.
  7. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning, as broilers vary in intensity.
  8. Spoon extra pan sauce over the salmon and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
