Before You Begin
Preheat and prepare your cookware as needed. Cooking times and results may vary depending on your equipment and ingredients.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper and arrange in a single layer.
Whisk honey, chili sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, chili flakes, and cornstarch slurry until smooth.
Pour sauce evenly over chicken, turning pieces to coat.
Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally and juices run clear.
Spoon sauce over chicken during the last 5 minutes of baking for a glossy glaze.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving so juices redistribute.
