Before You Begin
Prepare your slow cooker and ingredients as needed. Cooking times and results may vary depending on your equipment and ingredients.
In a large bowl, gently mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
Shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, about 1 inch each.
Arrange the meatballs in the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and smoked paprika until smooth.
Pour the sauce evenly over the meatballs.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through, tender, and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Stir gently before serving to coat evenly with sauce.
