  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried sage
  • 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed
  • 1 tablespoon fine salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder

Method

  3. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  4. Blend until the mixture becomes a fine, uniform powder with no visible herb pieces. Pause and scrape sides if needed for even blending.
  5. Transfer mixture to a clean airtight container.
  6. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and heat.
  7. Use about 1 tablespoon per 1 cup hot water, adjusting to taste depending on desired strength.
