Make the Batter
Combine drained zucchini, egg, flour, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until the mixture holds together.
Fry the Fritters
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Scoop batter into the pan and flatten slightly.
Cook until the fritters are golden on both sides and the centers are fully set with no visible raw egg, flipping once.
Make the Dip
