Before You Begin
Prepare your cookware as needed. Cooking times and results may vary depending on your equipment and ingredients.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease the muffin tin.
Cook onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until softened, about 2–3 minutes. Add ground meat and cook until browned and fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C)..
Stir in marinara, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer briefly until the sauce thickens slightly.
Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup. Add small spoonfuls of ricotta, meat mixture, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
Bake until edges are lightly golden and cheese bubbles, about 15–18 minutes. Cooking times may vary.
Let rest 3–5 minutes before removing from the pan. Serve warm.
