Ingredients
  

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • ½ lb ground beef or turkey
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup ricotta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup Parmesan
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray or oil

Method

  2. Grease muffin tin and prep ingredients. Cooking times and browning may vary by oven and wrapper thickness.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease the muffin tin.
  4. Cook onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until softened, about 2–3 minutes. Add meat and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in marinara, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer briefly until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup. Add small spoonfuls of ricotta, meat mixture, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  7. Bake until edges are lightly golden and cheese bubbles, about 15–18 minutes. Cooking times may vary.
  8. Let rest 3–5 minutes before removing from the pan. Serve warm.
