Ingredients
  

  • 4 plain bagels, sliced in half
  • ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices pepperoni, chopped
  • 2 oz cooked pancetta (optional)
  • Dried oregano, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

  • Bell peppers

  • Red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Before You Begin:

  3. Preheat Oven
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Arrange Bagels
  6. Place bagel halves cut-side up on the baking sheet. For extra crispness, lightly brush with oil if desired.
  7. Add Sauce
  8. Spread about 1 tablespoon pizza sauce evenly over each bagel half, leaving a small border around edges.
  9. Add Toppings
  10. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over each piece. Add pepperoni, pancetta, and any optional toppings in a thin layer. Season lightly with oregano and black pepper.
