Before You Begin
Prepare your cookware as needed. Cooking times and results may vary depending on your oven and ingredients.
Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Base
Place flatbreads on baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil for crisp texture.
Add Sauce
Spread a thin, even layer of tomato sauce over each flatbread.
Add Toppings
Arrange mozzarella evenly and add tomato slices. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Bake
Bake for about 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted, the edges are lightly golden, and the flatbread is crisp.
Finish
Remove from oven, top with fresh basil, slice, and serve warm.
