Before You Begin
Preheat and prepare your cookware as needed. Cooking times and results may vary depending on your equipment and ingredients.
Mix & Chill
Gently mix ground beef, evaporated milk, breadcrumbs, onion soup mix, and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce until just combined. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to firm mixture.
Form Meatballs
Shape into 1–1½ inch meatballs and place on lined baking sheet.
Broil for Structure
Broil on HIGH 5–7 minutes on upper rack, turning once, until surfaces are lightly browned.
Make Sauce
In saucepan, whisk ketchup, brown sugar, grape juice, balsamic vinegar, and remaining Worcestershire sauce. Heat over medium until smooth.
Finish Cooking
Choose one method:
Slow Cooker:
Cook on LOW 2–3 hours or HIGH 1–1.5 hours.
Stovetop:
Simmer over low heat 20–25 minutes.
Cook until meatballs reach 165°F and are no longer pink in the center.
Serve
Stir in cranberries during final minutes if using. Serve warm.
