Before You Begin

Use old-fashioned rolled oats for best texture. Allow baked oatmeal to rest briefly before slicing.
Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Lightly grease a 9×9-inch or 11×7-inch baking dish.
Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, applesauce, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Add Dry Ingredients
Stir in the rolled oats, baking powder, and cinnamon until just combined.
Fold in the Berries
Gently fold in the berries, then pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake
Bake 30–35 minutes, until edges are set and the center appears softly set with a slight jiggle.
