Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese freshly shredded
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder or mustard powder

Method
 

  1. Before You Begin
  2. Grease your slow cooker and prepare all ingredients in advance. Cooking times and results may vary depending on your slow cooker, pasta type, and moisture levels.
  3. Grease the slow cooker with non-stick spray or butter.
  4. In a bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, eggs, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings until smooth.
  5. Add uncooked macaroni and shredded cheese to the slow cooker.
  6. Pour the milk mixture over the pasta and stir gently to coat.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring once or twice.
  8. Cook until pasta is tender and the sauce is creamy.
  9. Turn off heat, stir well, and let rest a few minutes before serving.
