Heat butter and oil in an oven-safe skillet.
Sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side.
Whisk ranch mix, broth, cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
Pour sauce over chicken and Bake for 25–35 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through and reaches safe internal doneness. Allow to rest briefly before serving.
Rest 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish if desired.

Season and sear chicken in butter and oil.
Whisk ranch ingredients until smooth.
Pour sauce over chicken and reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 15–20 minutes.
Thicken sauce if needed, then return chicken and coat.
