Before You Begin:
Prepare your cookware as needed. Cooking times and results may vary depending on your equipment and ingredients.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix ground chicken, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until just combined.
Spread mixture into a thin, press mixture into an even circle about ¼–⅓ inch thick.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the crust is lightly browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from oven and cool briefly. Add marinara, mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.
Return to oven for 5–7 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing.
