Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • cups shredded mozzarella divided
  • Optional: parsley

Method
 

  1. Before You Begin:
  2. Preheat and prepare your cookware as needed. Cooking times and results may vary depending on your oven, cookware, and ingredient thickness.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch dish.
  4. Cook pasta until al dente; drain well.
  5. Melt butter in a skillet. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes.
  6. Add heavy cream; bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  7. Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce. Mix in 1 cup mozzarella.
  8. Transfer to baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  9. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  10. Rest 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
