Before You Begin
Preheat and prepare your cookware as needed. Cooking times and results may vary depending on your equipment and ingredients.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook 3–4 minutes until softened.
Add garlic and cook 30–60 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.
Stir in tomatoes, seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer uncovered about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened and gently bubbling.
Add beans and cook 5 minutes until heated through and flavors combine.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top.
Broil 3–5 minutes, watching closely, until cheese melts and turns lightly golden.
Remove from heat, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
