Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Sticks

Cheesy pepperoni pizza sticks are crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and made with pizza dough, melted mozzarella, and pepperoni—perfect for parties, snacks, or casual sharing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (about 13.8 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup marinara sauce (for serving, optional)

Method
 

  1. Before You Begin
  2. Prepare your cookware as needed. Cooking times and results may vary depending on your oven and ingredients.
  3. Preheat Oven
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Prepare Dough
  6. Roll pizza dough into an even rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  7. Add Filling
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder evenly over the dough.
  9. Fold & Cut
  10. Fold dough lengthwise over filling and press gently to seal. Cut into evenly sized strips.
  11. Twist
  12. Twist each strip gently and place on baking sheet with space between each piece. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  13. Bake
  14. Bake for about 12–15 minutes, until the dough is lightly golden, crisp on the edges, and the filling is heated through.
  15. Serve
  16. Allow the pizza sticks to cool for about 2–3 minutes before serving. Serve warm with marinara sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Avoid overfilling and keep dough thickness even.
  • Leave space between sticks and fully preheat oven.
  • Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours; store up to 3 days or freeze up to 2 months.
  • Reheat at 350°F oven or air fryer until hot and crisp.
