  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon butter or cooking spray

Method

  1. Before You Begin
  2. Preheat and prepare your cookware as needed. Cooking times and results may vary depending on your equipment and ingredients.
  3. Place blueberries in a bowl and toss with cinnamon and honey until lightly coated.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or cooking spray. Heat until melted and lightly sizzling but not smoking.
  5. Sprinkle cheese evenly over one half of each tortilla. Spoon blueberry mixture on top, keeping filling slightly away from edges.
  6. Fold tortillas in half to form semicircles.
  7. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until tortillas are golden and crisp and cheese is fully melted.
  8. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest 1 minute. Slice into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

  • Cook over medium heat until tortilla is golden and cheese is fully melted.
  • Avoid overfilling to prevent tearing and spills.
  • Let rest briefly before slicing to help filling set.
  • Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours and store up to 2 days.
  • Reheat until heated through before serving.
