Before You Begin:
Preheat your oven and prepare your cookware as needed. Cooking times and results may vary depending on your equipment and ingredient thickness. Always cook chicken to 165°F (74°C) and rest before dicing.
Season chicken with olive oil, oregano, tarragon, and salt.
Cook 8–10 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Rest 5 minutes, then dice.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush with BBQ sauce and sprinkle garlic.
Add mozzarella, chicken, bell pepper, and onion.
Bake 10–15 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.
Garnish, slice, and serve warm.
